Here at North Pole Keepsake Studio, we believe every child deserves a Santa moment that feels safe, calm, and personal. For many families, a personalized video message is not just a keepsake—it’s access to a Santa moment that feels possible. A way for their child to experience Santa in a way that honors who they are and how they experience the world.

Our heart for this began long before we ever created videos. Our grandson Trent, at DrawingsbyTrent.com, is known for his artwork worldwide, and has taught us so much about patience, communication differences, and the beauty of seeing the world through a unique lens. And over the years, we’ve had the privilege of serving many children with special needs—at church events, community gatherings, and quiet moments with families who simply needed a gentler Santa experience.
With 24 years of experience as Santa and Mrs. Claus, we’ve learned that the most meaningful moments often happen in the quietest ways.
One of our favorite memories is with the twins pictured below. Their joy, their comfort, and their connection reminded us that Santa’s message can reach every child when it’s offered with tenderness and understanding.

Our Process & Timeline
Every keepsake video is crafted with care, just for you. Here's what to expect once you connect with us via the website:
1. Consultation — We'll contact you to discuss your vision, what you'd like included, and the details that make your video unique. We will email you an information form to fill out with the information we will need for your personalized video. You simply return the email with your answers filled in.
2. Client Materials & Permissions — Please provide only materials you own or have permission to use. By submitting them, you confirm they may be used to create your keepsake video. Materials will be handled respectfully and used only for your project.
3. Custom Quote & Invoice — Once we've worked out all the details together, and received your information form, we'll send you a custom invoice.
4. Production Begins — Work starts as soon as your invoice is paid in full and we’ve received all the information from you we need to create the video. Production begins after the invoice is paid and all project details are received. If plans change, please contact us as soon as possible so we can find a thoughtful solution.
5. Script Review & Approval — Before production is finalized, you’ll receive the script to review. Share any questions or clarifications so the wording reflects your vision. Once the script is approved, production will continue toward final delivery.
6. Delivery — Your finished video will be delivered digitally via email within 2–3 weeks of payment and receipt of information.
7. File Privacy — After delivery, you may request deletion of your finished video and project files from our active storage. If you prefer, we can retain them for future access. Please tell us your preference when submitting your information.
8. Rush Orders-- Need your video sooner? Rush delivery (within 5–7 business days) is available for an additional fee of $25. Rush orders are subject to our availability and begins after payment and information is received.
